This summer, I have made this salad at least once a week. I stumbled upon it because we have had quite a few zucchinis come from our garden in Healdsburg this year and I wanted to prepare them in a manner that didn't stray far from their natural freshness. It is also one of those salads that is super easy to bring to parties and impresses far beyond the effort it requires to throw it together. I'm sure you could change it up, but so far I've stayed pretty true to the original. Is this salad your cup of tea?
