A Peak Into My Mornings

About 3-4 mornings a week, I get up at 5:15 a.m. or 6:00 a.m. and head towards Crissy Field for a CrossFit workout and dog walk combo. So far I LOVE CrossFit. I feel stronger and more in shape than I ever have before. I usually think there is no way in hell I will be able to finish the workout, but that is never an option. If I workout at 6 a.m., I walk the dog after my workout, and if I workout at 7 a.m., I walk her before. This is one of my favorite parts of the day, because everything is quiet and I know I'm doing something that is going to make my whole day better. The dog loves the beach too, and she usually rockets around and barks at me to play with her. The shots below are common scenes from my dog walks. I feel so fortunate to live in such a naturally beautiful place, and I try my hardest to take advantage of the beauty as much as possible.
